If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

We accept credit/debit cards and direct bank deposits

All of our braided wigs ship from Nigeria and are processed within 10-15 working days (weekends and public holidays not included)we understand that not every one can wait for 10 to 15 working days hence we provide alternative on Our READY TO SHIP SECTION which ships out within 1 to 3 business days and delivery varies between 3 to 7 working days depending on your location..

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and we will not take responsibility for that. Please note that address change is not possible/allowed after the order has been placed.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, kindly send an email to joannishairterprise@gmail.com with your order number or whatsapp +234813 587 2531.
A cancellation fee of USD55  will be applied.
All sales are final, no return no exchange.
All wholesale orders are final and non refundable

This applies to customers or wholesalers that ordered more than 3kg wigs; ,your items may be shipped separately in two or three packages to ensure that the package gets to you faster and to save you from paying large custom fees. However do not worry you will not be double billed, we will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit .
